Pricing: After talking to many mortgage professionals we decided to build our pricing on a tiered platform based on what state the property is in. We have two forms of pricing for each state depending on what the customer asks for:
- Exclusive Leads: These leads range from $20.00 - $45.00
- Shared Leads: These leads range from to $10.00 - $20.00. These leads are never given to more than 3 specialists.
Integrity and Quality: We never mislead or try to trick a customer into filling out a lead. We see other companies do this everyday and it just makes our program look that much more attractive. We never take any customer information and try to "reuse" it for another lead type. The bottom line is our customers come directly to our sites doing research on their own and know exactly why they are filling out our Lead Generation forms! You don't have time to waste on junk leads and neither do we!
Return Policy: We offer an excellent return policy. If you are not able to convert these leads and grow your business with a good ROI why would you keep buying leads? Here are the acceptable reasons to request credit for a lead:
- The phone number and email address are invalid
- We accidentally sent this lead to you already making it a duplicate.
- The customer says they did not fill out the form.
- The lead is for an area you did not request leads from.
